Refund & Returns Policy

At Perluv, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Refunds or replacements are offered only if the issue is caused by us, such as delivery failure, damaged products, missing items, or incorrect items.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or replacement:


  • Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • Photo or video evidence of the product is required.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Orders older than 90 days are not eligible.

Please note: We do not offer returns for change of mind.

Order Delays

If your order shows no tracking information, is pending, in transit, or delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:


  • International orders: 60 days

  • U.S. orders: 45 days

  • Brazil orders: 110 days

Perluv may reship your order or issue a refund at our discretion.

Damaged Products

If your items arrive damaged:


  1. Report the issue within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect.

We will issue a full refund or replacement.
Note: Refunds are only for damaged products, not damaged packaging.

Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing:


  1. Provide photos or videos of the received item, original packaging, and shipping label.

  2. Indicate the specific issue (e.g., wrong SKU, color, or size).

Perluv will process a full refund or replacement once verified.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before processing or shipping. Certain products (e.g., Print-on-Demand or preorders) cannot be canceled once payment is made.

How to Submit a Claim


  1. Capture clear photos or videos of the issue.

  2. Contact our Customer Support Team with the evidence.

  3. Upon verification, refunds or replacements are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Important Notes


  • Refunds and replacements are only provided if Perluv is at fault.

  • All required evidence must be provided to validate your claim.

  • Any exceptions, timeframes, and eligibility rules above must be met for the refund or replacement to apply.
